Massively understaffed at meal times. Service with a smile isn’t much to ask. Rooms clean and presentable. Parking easy. Food wise you are probably better off going elsewhere.

It's a Premier Inn, always good rooms and very clean. Breakfast is t in the hotel but a very short walk across the car park

Such a nice place to stay, room are neat and tidy specially cleaning staff get a special thanks for their effort, close distance to superstore and petrol stations. Highly recommended for staying without second thought. Receptionist are friendly & need to more professional with the guest point of view/satisfaction(don’t get stuck what your system shows, you can amend if you see a business booking), free car parking facilities, comfortable beds and shower facilities.

I'd had a long drive down from Northern England, and was very pleased to reach my destination. Room was fine, clean, and quiet. Dawood on Reception was friendly and helpful. Had a breakfast and dinner at the pub next door - both were very satisfactory.

It's a Premier Inn and does what you'd expect. Picturesque views of Tesco. Convenient for Stansted (20 mins) and much cheaper than slightly closer options.

Update it ffs , the rooms are stuck in the early 2000s , bad tv signal , old hat tvs, and hair everywhere from previous humans

Room was not made up had bed and bathroom was as someone had left it. Rubbish in bin dirty towels in the bathroom. Bed was as someone had just got out of it. Got moved to another room only to find on the morning of our departure no hot water. Spoke to reception was offered another room to move to so we could wash and get ready, ridiculous situation.

Restaurant was not great ,waited to be served and they had 4 staff and it was quiet. Food good but service was not great at all.

Came down from Liverpool for a family wedding and stayed here. The rooms were cozy and clean with enough space for three people to get ready. The night receptionist was a star. He was very, very helpful and polite. I didn’t get his name unfortunately. I’d definitely stay here again

This is a complaint. My case number is WHB-2251505-J3Q6. I stayed in your Premier Inn Harlow East (Church Langley) Hotel on 21-22 April 2024. I have paid £43.96 for 2 people's breakfast for both nights. No breakfast was available and your staff promised to arrange a refund. Until now I am still waiting for £43.96. Please let me know when I can expect to receive the amount. Spoke with April on 21 May at 13:57 It's regarding my booking ref BJI6595132. I stayed in your Premier Inn Harlow East (Church Langley) Hotel on 21-22 April 2024 when you failed to provide breakfast. I have been waiting for the refund promised to me which is £43.96. This amount is for 2 people's breakfast for 2 nights. Spoke with Ryan on 5th June at 12:25. Ryan asked me to call back in 1 hour but it ended up nobody pick up the phone. I called again on 6th June at 12:30 pm but it's not answered.

I would have given more stars but there was only one person serving the whole restaurant at breakfast and she was brilliant but why can't a chain like Premier Inn properly staff their restaurant?? I felt for her. The room was great until people checked in about midnight in the room above and it was very noisy. I'd ask to be on the top floor if I stayed again. Otherwise spacious, clean, comfortable.

Be careful when you park here. We parked in the FREE parking car park outside. Apparently , you need to register your car otherwise you get charged £95. Not once did we get told this when entering the Premier Inn on booking or are there signs in there warning you. We also got told there was no chef in the onsite pub so we could not book for a cooked breakfast. Only to be told later the next morning that there was a chef and we could have had breakfast. Therefore, the meal deal was not an option. A cheap stay ended up costing us an extra £135 so be careful!!!

Great hotel for the price. Only stayed there for one night before an early flight from Stansted. Much more reasonably priced than airport hotels and only about a 15 minute drive. Also comes with free parking. Friendly staff too. Stayed in a few premier inns and this is one of the nicer. Very clean and well kept rooms.

Difficult to speak to a member of staff, paid for 2x breakfast for 2 days. Breakfast not available still waiting for refund. Otherwise very comfortable and pleasant stay

The hotel was great well located with comfortable rooms and nice and quiet. Only downside was that we booked the meal deal and the pub was closed. Even the man on the desk only found out when his shift started. If you book here perhaps check and double check that food is available.

Great room, as always. Premier Inn let down by their breakfast provider as no cooked breakfast, orange juice, or adult cereals.
